Site History - Hire Me Alicia Keys.com

“Hire Me Alicia Keys.com” was created in 2004 by musician and media developer Keith Newton as both a “fan site” and also as a way for him to garner the attention of one of his favorite musicians, Alicia Keys.  The previous version of the site featured audio and video clips of Keith showcasing his talent as a performer on saxophone and flute.  The current version is dedicated to the creation of musical compositions based on the poetry of Alicia Keys from her book “Tears for Water.” The first work, Golden Child, comes from a poem during one of the most difficult times in Alicia’s life.  To see the original site, click here.
